(LEAMINGTON, ON) – At 1:32 am on August 30th 2014, Leamington OPP responded to a 911 call from outside a residence in the Municipality of Leamington. Upon police arrival, the accused was seen running from the scene where the assault allegedly took place.
That evening police were able to identify and arrest a 27 year old Leamington male at his residence.
Douglas SERRANO is charged with the following offences and is being held for a bail hearing in Windsor Ontario:
Aggravated Sexual Assault
Forcible Confinement
Fail to Comply With Probation Order
Possession of a Controlled Substance (marihuana)Under 30 Grams
