(GRAND BEND, ON) An operator of a Power Assisted bicycle (E-Bike) was arrested and charged by Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) on August 23, 2014 just after 2:00 a.m.
A Lambton OPP officer noticed that the e-bike was being operated without lights on Ontario Street, and the officer subsequently stopped the vehicle.
