(MILDMAY, ON) – On April 10th, 2011 at 4:51 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a complaint of a possible impaired driver in the town of Walkerton. A South Bruce OPP officer on patrol located the vehicle on Jane Street North in Mildmay. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 52 year old Douglas FISCHER of Mildmay has been charged with Impaired care or control and Fail to provide breath sample. He was held in custody pending a bail hearing scheduled for April 11th, 2011.
