Donald MILLER – Weapons & Trafficking

(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On October 2, 2015 members of the Ontario Provincial Police Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (OPP) Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU), OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Quinte West OPP executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Search Warrant on Adrian Court Trenton, ON.

Donald MILLER, 38, is charged with:

possession for the purpose of trafficking in marihuana,

possession for the purpose of trafficking in prescription medication,

possession of property obtained by crime,

unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon, and

possession of a weapon while prohibited.

Police seized approximately $2500 of drugs, Canadian currency, and cell phones.

He was released on a Promise to Appear and Officer-In-Charge ato appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Belleville, ON in November 2015.

The Investigation is continuing.
