(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 39 year old male after police investigated a motor vehicle collision at a Windham East Quarter Line Road, Windham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, June 7, 2015 at approximately 6:30 a.m., police were called to investigate a single motor vehicle that left the roadway and entered the ditch.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 39 year old Donald MARTIN of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
