(Bancroft, Ontario) – On Thursday the 26th of March 2015 officers from the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a traffic complaint in the Town of Bancroft. Officers later located the vehicle on Musclow-Greenview Road in the Municipality of Hastings Highlands and stopped it. The male driver was arrested and taken into police custody.
68 year old Don PAGLARO, of the Municipality of Hastings Highlands has been charged with operate a motor vehicle while impaired and operate a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in his blood. He was released from custody on a promise to appear and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft, Ontario on the 28th of April 2015.
