On November 9th 2013 officers responded to a complaint on Wellington street in Blenheim regarding an ex-boyfriend leaving threatening messages on the victim’s cell phone. Several messages of a threatening manner were recorded on the victims cell phone over the previous month. A 53 year old Blenheim man was arrested and charged with Uttering Threats and Criminal Harassment.
