(South Dundas) – On 16Oct13, at approximately 6:30pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a domestic incident on County Road 31, South Dundas Township.
The investigation revealed that a 30yr old male had attended the residence of his ex-girlfriend when he was ordered not to do so. Further investigation revealed an historical assault that occurred earlier in the relationship.
The male was arrested and faces charges of:
– Disobeying Order of Court x2
– Assault
He was held in custody pending an appearance in Cornwall court.
