Domestic Disturbance Leads To Breach and Mischief Charges

On 27 December at 5:00 PM Wingham Police were called to a domestic disturbance at a Josephine Street residence. It is alleged that a 29 year old Wingham man became upset with his girlfriend and as he was exiting the residence, he smashed a window. A neighbour approached to check on the well being of the individual and he was shoved. The man then left the area. He was later located and arrested. He was held in custody on charges of breach of probation and mischief.
