On April 12, 2014 at approximately 7:40 p.m. police responded to a Main Street Cambridge residence in response to two parties suffering injury caused by an weapon. Police arrested a 46 year old Cambridge male resident at the scene. Both the 49 year old Cambridge female victim and the arrested male party were transported to Cambridge Memorial Hospital with non life-threatening injuries. Once cleared medically, the arrested male was transported to the Central Division to be held for a bail hearing charged with Assault with a Weapon.
