(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TWP, ON) On Sunday 29 September 2013, at approximately 8:25pm, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were on patrol along Highway 6, Guelph-Eramosa Township. A passenger van was pulled over on the shoulder and officers went to offer assistance to the occupants and found a male had been assaulted by his female partner.
A female age 33 of Guelph is charged Assault contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She appeared in Guelph Criminal Court on 30 September 2013 for a bail hearing.
