(Havelock Belmont Methuen Twp., ON) – On the evening of Monday, August 26, 2013 officers from the Peterborough County OPP received a report of a physical altercation at a residence on County Road 46.
Upon arriving at the residence officers learned that The 27 year old female and 32 year old male suspect both reside at the residence and had been involved in a verbal argument. The Argument quickly became violent and the suspect had assaulted the victim when she attempted to leave the residence.
As a result the 32 year old male was arrested by OPP and held for a Bail Hearing in Peterborough Provincial Courts on a charge of Assault.
