(TECUMSEH, ON) — On April 24, 2016 the Tecumseh Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an animal complaint in the dog park on St. Jacques Street in the Town of Tecumseh.
An altercation took place between an Alaskan Malamute and a Schnoodle. The Schnoodle subsequently died as a result of his injuries.
The Malamute owner, Shaen HARRISON, age 39 of Windsor has been charged under the Dog Owners Liability Act. He will appear in a Windsor court on May 30, 2016 to answer to the charge.
