Dog Interrupts Break And Enter – Suspect Description Released

(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) On Monday July 29, 2013 at 6:37 a.m. members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a break and enter complaint on the 200 block of Anna Street located in North Middlesex. Police have learned that just after midnight unknown suspects gained entry to the residence through an unlocked door and began to remove a quaintly of property. The homeowner was awoken by his alert dog and observed one of the suspects standing at the rear of his property. The suspect was described as a male, 16 years of age wearing a black hoodie, red shorts and baseball hat. The suspect fled the area with other parties and dropped the stolen items as he ran away.

The Middlesex OPP is currently in the preliminary stages of the investigation. Anyone with information on this investigation is encouraged to contact police.
