(THAMES CENTRE, ON) – On April 5, 2018, at approximately 2:30 a.m., a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a motor vehicle in a ditch on Nissouri Road, Municipality of Thames Centre.
The officer stopped at the scene to render assistance to the driver. The officer determined that the 26-year-old, male, driver of the vehicle had consumed alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to a police station for further testing.
As a result of the police investigation, Nickolas ARBUCKLE, of Thames Centre, Ontario has been charged with Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle While Impaired.
The accused is scheduled to appear in a London court room on May 3, 2018 to answer to the charge.
