Dispute Between ATV Operator and Hunter Leads to Charges

(Municipality of Trent Lakes, ON) – On Friday December 5, at approximately 9:33 a.m., members of the Peterborough County OPP were called to investigate a report a dispute between an ATV operator and a hunter.

The two males were known to each other. After an ongoing dispute, the ATV rider yelled obscenities and drove at the victim. As a result of the investigation Tyler HALE (36) of Trent Lakes, ON is charged with two counts of Driving while Disqualified, Uttering Threats and Dangerous Operation of a Vehicle. Mr. HALE was held for a show cause hearing.
