(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – At approximately 9:44 a.m. on February 8, 2016 a member of the East Algoma Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Milliken Road in Elliot Lake.
Through investigation Dillon BAST (28) of Elliot Lake has been charged with the following:
Entire Plate Not Plainly Visible as per the Highway Traffic Act sec. 13(2)
Drive While Under Suspension as per the Highway Traffic Act sec. 53(1)
The accused is scheduled to appear in Elliot Lake court on March 16, 2016.
The OPP would like to remind motorist to make sure before driving to your destination, you clear your windshield, side windows and back windows of your vehicle. It is also important to ensure your plate is visible.
