(LAKESHORE, ON) — The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Lakeshore received a traffic complaint on February 28, 2016 at approximately 4:15 p.m.
Information received indicated that a white minivan was observed driving erratically on Highway 401 in Lakeshore.
The vehicle was located in the eastbound lanes of Highway 401 near Gracie Side Road stuck in the centre median.
The sole occupant of the vehicle was located outside of the vehicle and exhibited signs of impairment. She was arrested at the scene.
Diana RESTIOTTO, age 43 of Lakeshore was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Refuse to Provide Sample. She will appear in a Windsor court on March 17, 2016 to answer to the charges.
