On August 22nd, 2016 at approximately 4:20pm, OPP Officers responded to a report of a possible impaired driver on Mississauga Street in the Curve Lake First Nation. Police located the driver and a subsequent investigation resulted in the following:
Charged is:
Devin JACOBS, 22 years of age of Curve Lake
Section 253(1)(a) Criminal Code – Impaired Driving”
Section 253(1)(b) Criminal Code – “Over 80 Mgs.”
Mr. Jacobs is scheduled to appear at Peterborough Provincial Court on September 22nd
