(South Glengarry) – On 30Sept13, at approximately 8:30pm, SD&G OPP officers had occasion to conduct a traffic stop on County Road 34, South Glengarry Township.
The stop resulted in the seizure of approximately 220 grams of suspected marihuana.
The 21yr old male driver (Devin ATKINS of Cornwall, On) was arrested and faces charges of:
– Possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of Trafficking
– Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking
He is scheduled to appear 13Nov13 in Alexandria court.
