(BRACEBRIDGE, ON) – Members of the Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a complaint from an employee at a local retail store in Bracebridge on July 7th, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. regarding a man that had entered the store and exposed his genitals to her. Police responded quickly and conducted an extensive search of the area.
On July 8th, 2015, a tip was received from a member of the public that led police to the suspect, who was subsequently arrested and charged.
32 year-old Derek MACLEAN of Bracebridge has been charged with Indecent Act CC173(1)(b) and will appear in Bracebridge court on August 25th July 14th, 2015.
