(RED LAKE, ON) – On January 7, 2015 at approximately 3:30 a.m. officers from the Red Lake Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a non-responsive male located in a sand pit south of Ear Falls, Ontario.
The deceased has been identified as 45-year-old Paul CAMPEAU of Red Lake, Ontario. A post mortem will be conducted but has not yet been scheduled.
The Ministry of Labour was notified and attended the scene and are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the death with the assistance of the North West Region Crime Unit.
