(Odessa, ON)- On Saturday, December 3rd, 2016 at 1:50 a.m. officers with the Loyalist detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a fatal motor vehicle collision on County Road 4 in Millhaven, Loyalist Township.
The lone driver was ejected from the vehicle after colliding with a pole. The vehicle was fully engulfed in flames when emergency crews arrived on scene. OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators attended to assist with the investigation.
Following a post mortem examination the deceased driver has been identified as 41 year-old Jack MARACLE of Loyalist Township.
