(OXFORD COUNTY, ON) – The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has concluded their investigation into the death of 31-year-old Jessica ROWE of Blandford Blenheim Township.
The investigation began when Rowe’s body was discovered unresponsive in a vehicle on Canning Road on August 6, 2016.
Detectives from the West Region Crime Unit under the direction of OPP Detective Inspector Randy Wright of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) began their investigation into the circumstances of the death. On Tuesday August 9, 2016 a post-mortem examination was conducted at the Office of the Chief Coroner and Ontario Forensic Pathology Service in Toronto.
As a result of the post-mortem examination and evidence obtained, OPP have ruled out foul play in this incident.
