(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment investigated a sudden death at the Lynn Valley Trail, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, June 11, 2016 at approximately 9:15 a.m., OPP and Norfolk County Paramedics responded to an emergency 911 call.
Upon arrival, police and paramedics located an unresponsive 44-year-old male from Norfolk County, Ontario.
The male was subsequently pronounced deceased at the scene by the attending coroner. The death is not being treated as suspicious and no foul play is suspected.
The OPP Forensic Identification Section assisted with the investigation.
The Lynn Valley Trail was closed between Norfolk Street South and Decou Road for approximately 3 hours allow for investigation.
