(PLYMPTON-WYOMING, ON) On January 21, 2014 just before 8:00 p.m., a Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a GMC pick-up truck on Mandaumin road near Lakeshore road.
The OPP officer administered a roadside screening test after having determined that the male driver had been consuming alcoholic beverages. As a result of subsequent breath tests the driver was charged with driving over the legal limit.
Dean MACNEILL, 46 years of age, from Plympton-Wyoming, ON has a Sarnia court date of February 17, 2014 to answer to the charge.
