(Cavan-Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a residence on Syer Line on Friday, to investigate a residential break-in.
The homeowner arrived home at 7:30pm and noticed the entry. Suspect(s) stole cash from the residence. The complainant also noticed a dark blue car in the area prior to the break-in.
The OPP would like to remind residents to be vigilant and report suspicious activity in their neighbourhoods to police.
