Dawn-Lynn PICH – Impaired Driving, Refuse To Blow

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – On May 17, 2015, at approximately 1:10 a.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E.) checkpoint on Wonderland Road at Medway Road, when a white Toyota SUV entered the checkpoint.

Police determined that the 42 year old female driver had been drinking alcohol. The driver was placed under arrest, and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for breath testing.

As a result of the investigation, Dawn-Lynn PICH, from London, Ontario, has been charged with driving while ability impaired – motor vehicle (alcohol), and fail or refuse to provide sample, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear, and is scheduled to answer to the charges in a London court on July 23, 2015.
