(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On November 27, 2014 at approximately 12:09 a.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Management Unit (TMU) were conducting a R.I.D.E. Program at the intersection of Watson Road and Stone Road, Puslinch Township. Police investigated a female driver of a 2001 Ford and located suspected marihuana. A seizure was made along with an arrest.
Dawn DEVLIN age 45 of Fergus has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 Grams and Possession contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on January 13, 2015 to answer to the charge.
