(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 46-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Norfolk Street North, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Wednesday, August 17, 2016, at approximately 4:40 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Norfolk Street North, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged a 46-year-old David Shawn CRYSLER of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving while under suspension and fail to notify change of address contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
