(CALEDON, ON) – On September 3rd, 2015 officers from the Caledon OPP Street Crime Units (SCU) and ERT (Emergency Response Team) executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) warrant at a Village of Bolton residence.
While executing the warrant, officers located a quantity of cocaine, cellular telephones, digital scales and other paraphernalia commonly used by persons dealing in drugs.
David R. Bedard, 41, from Caledon was arrested and charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in a Schedule I, Trafficking in a Schedule I Substance and Possession of a Schedule I Substance.
The accused appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville the following day.
