(ORILLIA, ON) – The Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a male with Impaired Driving in the City of Orillia.
On September 28, 2016 at approximately 8:27 p.m., Orillia OPP officers observed a vehicle driving erratically on Highway 11 north bound. Officers conducted a traffic stop on Highway 12 near Hurtubise Drive. After a short investigation the male driver was arrested.
David PARKER, 27 years old of King Township, has been charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Over 80 milligrams Blood/Alcohol. He was released on a Promise to Appear in Orillia Criminal Court on October 18, 2016.
