(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Tuesday December 03, 2012, shortly before 7 a.m., Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were dispatched to a suspicious male inside the Mitchell Speed Wash Laundromat on Ontario Road in Mitchell, who appeared to be removing money from the laundry machines.
Officers arrived within minutes of the call and located a male inside the Laundromat.
David MCEWIN (28) of Stratford was arrested and has been charged with “theft under $5,000â€Â, “possession of break-in instrumentsâ€Â, and “fail to comply with probation orderâ€Â. He has to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on January 20, 2014 to answer to these charges.
