(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 41-year-old male after police investigated an incident at a Brock Avenue, Delhi, Norfolk County address.
On Friday, June 29, 2018 at approximately 9:58 p.m., police were contacted by a resident reporting an assault.
Through the course of the investigation, it was determined that a male became involved in a verbal altercation with another male inside a residence. The verbal altercation then turned into a physical confrontation at which time police were contacted.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 41-year-old David Louis FOGLTON of Norfolk County, Ontario with aggravated assault.
He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Simcoe at a later date.
