(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On January 11, 2014 at approximately 2:20am Quinte West OPP officers stopped a motor vehicle for a Highway Traffic Act violation.
Upon speaking to the driver of the motor vehicle it was observed by the officer that the male driver had been consuming alcohol. The male driver was placed under arrest for the offence of Over 80mgs.
43 year old David James BONTER of Trenton has been charged with Over 80mgs he has been released with a court date of January 23, 2014.
