(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On November 17, 2015 at 5:22 p.m., members of the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were on patrol and observed a vehicle driving extremely slow on Gibson Street in Parry Sound. Police followed the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. The officer determined the driver had consumed alcohol.
As a result of the officer’s investigation, David HAZZARD, 51 years of age from McDougall Township, was arrested and charged for Driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood contrary to the Criminal Code (CC).
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound on December 15, 2015 to answer to his charges.
