(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On May 14, 2017 at approximately 7:32 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a 2012 Chevrolet Impala vehicle on Grey Road 4 near Sideroad 35 in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
A male passenger in the vehicle, who is known to police, was bound by a court order not to be outside his residence with alcohol in his system. The accused had been drinking and was subsequently arrested.
44-year old Ian David HARGRAVE of the Municipality of Grey Highlands was charged with breach of probation. He attended a bail hearing on May 15, 2017. He remains in custody. His next court appearance is scheduled for May 17, 207.
