(BRACEBRIDGE, ON) – On Sunday June 19, 2016 at approximately 2:00 pm while conducting a RIDE program on Manitoba Street in Bracebridge, Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a vehicle travelling through spot check and suspected that the driver had alcohol in his system.
As a result of their investigation, police arrested and charged 64 year-old David GERHARDT of Scarborough with Over 80 CC 253(1)(b). His driver’s licence was immediately suspended for 90 days and he will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on Tuesday July 12, 2016 to answer to his charge.
