On August 10th, 2013, at 3:02 p.m., the Guelph Police received a phone call from a citizen stating that there was an intoxicated male leaving a Grange Road establishment and driving. Police located the vehicle and driver on Richardson Street and spoke with the male driver. A demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
David CONNOR, 57 years of Guelph has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on August 27, 2013.
