(Otonabee South Monaghan Township) – Sunday, November 9, 2014 at approximately 1 p.m. officers from the Peterborough County OPP conducting Radar enforcement had cause to stop and investigate a driver of a Ford Focus on Fallis Line.
As a result of the investigation the vehicle driver, 60 year old David BUNN of Otonabee South Monaghan was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation, Having over 80 mgs of Alcohol in his blood and Speeding.
BUNNS was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on December 11, 2014.
