(ESSEX, ON) – On December 16, 2016 at approximately 11:00 p.m. a member of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a black BMW driving erratically on Erie Street North in Harrow, Ontario.
The driver exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.
David BROWN, age 50 of Harrow, Ontario will appear in a Windsor, Ontario court on January 10, 2017 to answer to charges of Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Drive Motor Vehicle – Exceed 80 Milligrams of Alcohol.
BROWN’S drivers licence has been suspended and his vehicle impounded as per the regulations of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
