(LISTOWEL, ON) On Sunday April 4th 2010 an officer on patrol in Listowel stopped a motor vehicle on Main St. East shortly after 3 a.m.
The officer administered a roadside screening device test which the driver failed. The driver was transported to the North Perth OPP Detachment in Listowel where he registered over .80 mgs. on the Intoxilyzer.
Darryl Kuepfer (24) of the Township of Perth East was charged with operating a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of blood alcohol content. He is to appear in Listowel Court on May 5th to answer to this charge. He was also served a 90 day drivers licence suspension.
