(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 48 year old male with Drinking and Driving related offences after police investigated a motor vehicle collision at a Woodhouse, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, November 9, 2013 at approximately 5:39 p.m., police were called to investigate a collision between two motor vehicles at a Norfolk County Highway 24 East and Radical Road address.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 48 year old Darrin Allen SMITH of Norfolk County, Ontario with Impaired Driving and Driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
