(CENTRE WELLINGTON TWP, ON) On Friday June 15, 2013 at approximately 2:18am Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were patrolling in the area of Marr Drive in Salem, Centre Wellington Twp, when they observed a black 2012 Yamaha motorcycle being driven by a female party not wearing a helmet.
The motorcycle continued southbound on Irvine Street in Elora being operated in an erratic manner until stopped by police. Officers spoke with the driver and discovered that she had been drinking.
Danielle Agar aged 23 of Salem has been charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on July 9, 2013 to answer to the charges.
