(HURON TWP, ON) – On July 29th, 2011 at 8:09 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along County Road 86, Huron Township observed a BMW travelling at a high rate of speed. The BMW speed of 140 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone was locked on radar. The vehicle was stopped and 22 year old Daniel SCHANZENBACHER of Waterloo was charged with Racing a motor vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on September 6th, 2011 to answer to the charge.
