Douro Dummer Township, ON – On August 23, 2014, at approximately 3:00 a.m. officers from the Peterborough County OPP had occasion to investigate a driver of a motorcycle on TV Rd just south of Old Norwood Rd..
An officer observed a Motorcycle driving without rear lights. Police stopped the vehicle to investigate the driver. As a result of the investigation, 31 year old Daniel Hipson of Peterborough was charged with Having Over 80mgs of Alcohol in his Blood.
Hipson was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on September 25, 2014
