(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On October 2nd, 2015, at approximately 3:10am an officer from the Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a motor vehicle near Fourth Avenue in Trenton that was being driven erratically.
After an investigation by the officer it was determined that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.
Daniel GALLANT, 55 years old, of Trenton has been charged with Driving with more than 80mgs of Alcohol in Blood.
The 55 year old male is to appear at The Ontario Court of Justice, 15 Bridge Street West, Belleville on October 15th, 2015.
