(PETROLIA, ON) – On February 24, 2017 at approximately 9:20 p.m. members of the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a R.I.D.E. check on Glenview Road within the Town of Petrolia, Ontario.
During the course of the R.I.D.E. check the OPP had occasion to investigate a motorist who was in the process of making a commercial delivery. As a result of the investigation the driver provided a breath sample that registered a fail” reading at the roadside and later provided a breath sample more than twice the legal limit.
