(Selwyn Township, ON) – On Thursday November 7, at approximately 1:25 am officers from the Peterborough County OPP, were called to investigate a motor vehicle stuck in a ditch on Parkhill Road in Selwyn Township.
Attending officers located a Honda Civic and a female drive in a ditch on the roadway. An investigation was conducted into the incident.
As a result of the investigation 20 year old female driver Dana HINSPERGER-FOX was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Having Over 80mgs of Alcohol in her Blood.
HINSPERGER-FOX was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on December 19, 2013.
