Dallas JOHNSTON – Public Intoxication

(BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On April 28, 2014 at 1:10am, Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended Eagle Street, Saugeen First Nation Territory to check on an intoxicated man who was unconscious on the side of the road.

Police arrived and located the male, he was staggering down the road in a highly intoxicated state. He was placed under arrest for public intoxication and was taken back to the Bruce Peninsula OPP detachment for his own safety to stay until he sobered up.

Dallas JOHNSTON, age 28, of Saugeen First Nation Territory was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released with a liquor licence ticket when he was sober.
